After a busy morning at work, and alone again on the shop floor, I leant dejectedly on the counter. I felt a little tired and began to get slightly irritable.
Then this wonderful thing got placed on the desk infront of me.
Luke had been on his lunch and thoughtfully brought back a slice of this supremely delicious carrot and ginger cake from Kindling Coffee Company, a small and very friendly coffee shop in Widcombe high street. You can check out more about them here.
Needless to say the cake made me grin to my usual standard once more and the day suddenly became very good.
Damn I love cake!
